About this Event

Heritage Distilling Company (NASDAQ: CASK) is the first publicly traded, pure play craft distillery in the United States. Heritage produces some of the finest whiskeys, gins, and flavored vodkas in the country, as evidenced by the fact that they are the most awarded craft distillery in the United States 10 years in a row. In addition, they have highly differentiated product and distribution strategies which create significant high margin opportunities with limited direct competition.

Co-founded by military veterans, their signature product is the Salute Series of Whiskeys that honor the military, first responders, and others who provide service to America. This highly targeted product line is sold direct to consumers in 46 states generating very high margins and raise money for charities supporting the military and other service organizations, while allowing the company to collect valuable consumer data.

The company recently completed its IPO and is trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol CASK. It is positioned for growth and is projected to hit profitability this year. The multiples in the craft spirits space for premium, high margin brands exceeds most other industries, putting Heritage in a position to perform well for investors as it executes on its plan.
